Lepakko has ample space

Room for ideas

Lepakko feels spacious: the building has exceptionally large floor areas, with plenty of natural light. The building consists of three tower sections (A, B and C), which are connected by two glass lobbies. The five office floors are divided into independent units of around 700 square metres, connected by bridges and lifts. The two basement floors house a parking garage, an emergency shelter, staff facilities and waste management facilities.

Energy from the sun

The building has a double facade, which effectively blocks out traffic noise. This structure also makes the building more environmentally friendly by reducing the need for cooling. Lepakko leads the way in sustainability: the solar power plant on its roof is the second largest property-specific solar power plant in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Lepakko is a sunny office in many ways.
