The office facilities are located on five floors and can easily be adapted to be used as traditional or open-plan offices or activity-based workspaces. The facilities are spacious, with plenty of natural light. They are equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The building has a double facade, meaning that traffic noise from Porkkalankatu and the Western Highway cannot be heard inside the building.

Lepakko is easy to reach

Ruoholahti is easily accessible by metro, bus, tram and car. The Ruoholahti metro station is only 200 metres away, and the trip from the Helsinki Central Station takes just three minutes. The nearest tram stop is around 150 metres away. The building has a parking garage, and its location is ideal for cyclists: bicycle routes run near the building, and there is plenty of parking space for bicycles.
